RICS Level 3 (Building Survey)
Our Surveyor will carry out a full visual inspection of all accessible areas,
inside and outside of the property, including the roof void. We will also deal with any particular concerns that you may have about the property.
The Building Survey is a comprehensive inspection of the property and our Surveyor
will list all defects and offer advice on potential hazardous risks and will
give guidance on remedies.
This survey is suitable for all properties including those in a poor condition or in
need of renovation and gives a guideline budget for repair.
RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyers Report)
Our Surveyor will carry out a full visual inspection of all accessible areas,
inside and outside of the property, including the rood void.
The HomeBuyers Report is a property survey and valuation which can be used for
lending purposes and a figure for insurance reinstatement cost. It will also
highlight all potential issues and defects or hazardous risks within the
property.
We will advice on any ongoing maintenance that may be required and also highlight
the risks to the property and its occupants and any issues for legal advisors.
Open Market Valuations:
Our surveyor will carry out a full visual inspection of all accessible areas, inside and outside of the property.
Residential valuations are required for mortgage lending, probate, investment decisions, tax, matrimonial disputes and private clients.
A valuation report is not a Homebuyers Report or Building Survey it is purely to establish the Open Market Value of a property.
