Domestic / Commercial ECPs

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) displays how energy efficient a property is on a scale of A-G.

The most efficient homes have an A rating and should have the lowest fuel bills.
The certificate also shows the impact the property is on the environment on a scale of A-G.

Commercial properties also require an EPC and are rated only by Carbon Dioxide emission ratings (KgCO2/m2) on a scale of A-G.

Residential and Commercial EPC’s are required for properties prior to properties being bought, sold or let.
All our accredited domestic and non-domestic energy assessors are experienced with all property types and current property modelling software when calculating the EPC.
